Performance City/Town		The city/town where the performances will take place.
Company Name		The name of the theatre company.
Company Website		The company's website.
Production Name		The name of the production OR if for general auditions, type General Auditions.
Genre	comedy drama musical theatretouring productionchildren's theatre	The genre of the production.  Leave blank if none of the options are appropriate.
Playwright		The name of the playwright.
Director		The name of the director.
Casting Requirements		Casting requirements (ie: looking for 1 female (age 30-40), 2 males (age 20-25, 60, 70).  Please note: Theatre Ontario reserves the right to condense this information for the purposes of its audition email bulletin.
Instructions		What the auditioner should prepare for the audition, whether an appointment is required, or the mailing address to send headshots and resumes.

Audition Dates & Times		If holding open auditions, put the date and time when they take place.
Audition Location		Include the street address and city/town where auditions are taking place.
Contact Name		Who should be contacted for more information.
Contact Phone Number		Phone of person to be contacted for more information. If you do not wish the number to be published, please let us know, however we must have a telephone number to accept a submission.
Contact Email		Email of person to be contacted for more information.
Additional Comments		Any additional comments. Please note: Theatre Ontario reserves the right to condense this information for the purposes of its audition email bulletin.
Performance Dates		The performance dates.
